How much do you care about your kid’s health?

One thing both working moms or home makers care most about, is the health of their kids. Children in recent days have become choosy about their food. Most of them avoid eating nutritious food. For instance, my son just hates eating fresh fruits and milk which keeps him healthy. This happens at the doors of everyone’s house.

But, moms never stop trying. They keep running behind kids to somehow keep them healthy. Obviously, you know what to give your kids. But, how do you give them is what matters. Kids often get attracted to food which interests them. For instance, my son hates eating fruits but still I give them the way he likes it to be. I cut the vegetables in different shapes to make them attractive.

So, if your kid hates dairy products or say milk, add some flavor to it. Add chocolate powder or strawberry whichever flavor he likes and sure your kid will go for it. Make sure you give much of cereals to your kids, which provides all the three most essential nutrients: proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates. Another thing that parents should be aware of is that too much of food will also be dangerous.

Excess of anything should also be highly restricted. For instance, too much of sweetness will result in diabetics. Although, the food is said to be healthy, having too much of it is like nearing to the disease at your own risk.
